Fix ATI HDMI HDTV Black Bar Around Screen

Are you having the annoying black bar around your new HDTV when hooked up via HDMI to your nice new ATI video card?

Here are the steps to fix it!

1) Right click on your desktop and select "Catalyst Control Center"

2) Click on "My Digital Flat Panel Properties"

3) Click "Scaling Options"

4) Move the slider over towards the "Overscan" option. Play around with it to find the right setting
